What you get

Park, pull the parking brake and get out. Walk around the yard, check the trailer, refuel at the pump and climb back in through the driver's door.

Ctrl + F10

The door opens and closes with sound. You step out next to the driver's door and get back in only when you are close to it.

WASDShift

First-person camera with mouse look, smooth head bob and a speed you can tune in the options.

LRight click

A beam that fades with distance, leaves the sky alone and stays out of the way in daylight.

Automatic

You bump into your truck, the trailer, walls and objects instead of walking through them.

Enter

Stop on the fuel marker, get out and use the game's own interact key at the pump.

Ctrl + F11

GPS, finances, speed and mirrors hide while you walk and come back exactly as they were. The options menu is in English and Portuguese.

Rules of the road

The mod keeps it realistic. These are the only conditions to leave the cab.

Download the mod
Download the .zip file and extract it.
Copy into the plugins folder
Put ATSWalk.dll and the ATSWalk folder in American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins
Start the game
Accept the "Advanced SDK features" notice. Park, pull the parking brake and press Ctrl + F10.
